Most business owners and managers know that loyalty is important. What they don't realize is that loyalty is more emotional than physical. A good example is "Loyalty Cards" or sometime referred to as "Reward Cards". They do create a minimal level of loyalty, however I call it "surface level loyalty" because the moment that some other company has a better price, better offer or better discount that person is GONE!

The best way to create a deep emotional loyalty in your customer is to get them involved in your company. If they are subscribing to your weekly, monthly or bi-monthly e-newsletter they are more likely to return to you before going through the hassle of finding someone new, then trusting someone else with thier patronage, only to be dissapointed later.

Let's say you have 100 newsletter subscribers and you send them an offer that says "Refer a friend to our newsletter and when they sign up you'll receive a 10% discount on your next purchase!" So then only 30 of your current subscribers send the special letter to 10 friends? 30 friends? 50 friends? Now let's say only 1 of their friends signs up ( odds are you'll get way more than that!) Instantly you have 30 new subscribers, what if you get 50 new subscribers? No matter how many you get, 1 per sender or 2? or 3? or 5 per sender, you only gave them one discount!
More subscribers means NEW loyal customers will certainly follow! Treat them right retain them and bottom line starts moving faster than expected!!!

You can help verify your facts by using creative links to trusted third party sources. By offering special promotions and discounts customized to those who subcribe, you can cover the need for loyalty top to bottom!
